GOSHEN
HORSE-THIEF DETECTIVES

Hide-Out

On December 15, 2010, the Goshen Park District Commissioners granted the Goshen Horse-Thief Detectives a perpetual easement of roughly 13 acres of the Marr Park for equine purposes.

The decision is the result of months of community outreach and planning by the District. It guarantees the Goshen Horse-Thief Detectives a home.

A key provision of the easement is language that requires our organization to maintain the 13 acres. This provides us with an exciting opportunity to develop the area with facilities that can be used by horse and carriage enthusiasts from the entire region.

Lt. Joe Poynter is heading up the "Hide-Out" development.
